Register for work by completing the SFN 385 - Affidavit for Food Stamp Work Requirements at the time of application and recertification.
Seek and accept suitable employment.
Have good cause when quitting suitable employment.
Comply with Job Opportunities and Basic Skills (JOBS) and Basic Employment Skills Training (BEST) requirements.
Comply with Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIB).

Workers are required to provide DN 1860 - Notice to All Food Stamp Work Registrants at the time of application and recertification.
